Beautiful aromas of the grapes are enhanced by a nice crisp acidity, a light fizziness and the sweetness of the natural residual sugar. The low alcohol content makes it a very easy drinking wine, perfect to finish a meal with dessert or alone.

Light yellow. Distinctive nose of fresh hazelnut, white flowers and chalk notes. Beautiful presence on the palate. Fleshy, creamy attack revealing a more structured, closely-integrated style. Mineral aromatics are bolstered by a faint toast dimension.

Fuller-bodied, dry. A rich yeasty nose with touches of lemon/lime and chalk. The palate is dense and vinous, showing red and white fruit, while remaining angular and well structured. The leesy finish is incredibly satisfying.

Semi Sweet wine with honeysuckle, apple and floral notes. Marshmallow like sweetness, some spice, medium to light acidity.
Pairs well with salty food, hard cheeses and spicy foods.
Sparkling dry red wine from Northern Italy. Brightly colored with berry notes. It has a medium acidity and pairs well with proscuitto and other cured meats. Also good with game, fowl (turkey), hard cheeses, dishes with cream.
Lambrusco, Romagna, Italy.
Wine - White
100% Colombard. A very aromatic wine leaning toward tropical fruits. Well balanced flavor that progresses in layers toward a long finish. Citrus flavors with cream and light sweetness.
Only slightly aromatic, mostly a mineral aroma. Light and refreshing on the palate. Good balance between dry and sweet.
Unoaked. Soft and round with fresh fruit flavors and a full body. Hints of anise and a mineral finish. Subtle malolactic elements make this an extremely well balanced wine.
Pinot Gris- Verus
Sweetly fruited with nice texture and a bit of spritz adding freshness. It’s an Alsace style: rich, but still dry, with lovely rounded fruit. Tastes fresh with ripe pear and apple fruit with a spicy, nutty backbone and delicate honeysuckle and citrus notes. Hails from Slovenia the bedrock, warm climate and soil quality lend the wine a rich minerality not unlike Piedmont region whites.

Dry, fresh tasting wine with notes of currants, stone fruits and passionfruit. Classic french sauvignon blanc, from near the Sancerre region. Pairs well with pork, oysters, seafood, goats milk cheeses.
Smooth Russian River California Chardonnay, it is aged in stainless steel barrels then blended with a small amount of oak barrel aged Chardonnay. This gives the wine a nice balance and keeps it out of the “oaky” Chardonnay category. De Loach has notes of orange blossom and forward tropical fruit flavors. It’s bright with a long finish. Does well paired with food or on its own.

Intense straw color. It has an elegant nose that gradually releases a vivid and definite perfume of the white fruit, citrus and hazelnut. In the mouth the impact is dense and dry. Pairs great with a number of different items.

Off-Dry Riesling with medium body and a clean finish. Aromas of peach and apple with citrus notes. It is crisp and dry, making it a good dinner riesling.
Pairs well with aged ripe cheeses and spicy food. Can do fish, pork or poultry.
perfect and simple. This French Sauvignon Blanc hails from Cotes de Gascogne, just southeast of Bordeaux. Classic, Crisp and refresing. Ripe peach, pear, and apple flavors fill the mouth. A beautiful floral scent greets the nosePleasingly dry mineral makes for a superb finish.

From Chablis in Burgundy region of Northern France. Made with chardonnay grapes, that have taken on the distinct flavors of the cooler climate of the region. Chablis are characterized by lively minerality. This one has grapefruit notes with a fresh, crisp mineral palate. Pairs well with oysters, seafood, cheeses and poultry.
Vouvray hails from the Loire valley region of France. It is composed of Chenin Blanc grapes, which are known for their higher acidity and minerality. The Louis Laurent has citrus notes, a light body and crisp finish. It is a bit sweet and pairs well with goat cheese, crisp salads, vegetables, and white fish.

Castilla y leon, Spain
Deep red/purple tones. Displays aromas of current, spice, pepper, vanilla and leather. Flavors of berry are paired with leather and spices. Medium body with a long finish. Pronounced tannin and acidity.

Nose of red berries with a hint of pepper. Ripe red fruit, including rhubarb, plum, and raspberry are highlighted with a touch of vanilla and cocoa on the finish. Beautifully balanced on the palate, medium body, with minimal tannins. Shorter finish with notes of leather.

Notes of cherry, leather, and chocolate. Concentrated dark plum and blackberry flavors are fresh and lively in this full-bodied red. Dark chocolate notes accent the finish.

Bright ruby in color, fruit forward! This full bodied Tempranillo offers supple red fruits and velvety tannins. It has a pleasant, long finish.

Cassis, black cherry and rich plum aromas and flavors and a intense berry fruit finish. Medium and integrated tannins from French Oak aging. The grapes were all hand picked at night under the lights and delivered to the winery while still cool.

Light and Even California Pinot Noir. This wine has a brilliant garnet color with supple body, bright red cherry nose with cherry blossom top notes and a hint of exotic spices like cardamom and star anise. Smooth entry with even texture through to the finish with red cherry and pomegranate flavors.
Bright ruby with straightforward lush, dark red fruit flavors, raspberry and cherry. Hint of orange peel. Finishes smooth and a bit warm, with no obvious tannins and a hint of licorice. Aged in sherry barrels so it has a port-like quality. It is rather difficult to suggest pairings for this wine as it has that port/sherry vibe, So be cautious with your pairings. It goes well after a meal, perhaps with some cheeses or rich offal or foie. Think it over before you suggest it!
