Wine - White
100% Colombard. A very aromatic wine leaning toward tropical fruits. Well balanced flavor that progresses in layers toward a long finish. Citrus flavors with cream and light sweetness.
A full-bodied, medium-dry white with a lovely aroma of roses, accompanied by flavors of ripe peach and lychee. Fruity on the front, this wine finishes a bit drier with notes of nutmeg and cinnamon.
Only slightly aromatic, mostly a mineral aroma. Light and refreshing on the palate. Good balance between dry and sweet.
Unoaked. Soft and round with fresh fruit flavors and a full body. Hints of anise and a mineral finish. Subtle malolactic elements make this an extremely well balanced wine.
Starts off with an aromatic nose of white flowers and honey. The palate is slightly off-sweet (not for those seeking super sweet wines). It falls closer to a Gweurztraminer with its minerality.

100% Furmint, unoaked. Pronounced “fraw-mint,” it is supposedly the oldest of grape varietals. Aromatic and richly flavorful, the palate is off-dry, with ripe flavors of stone fruits and citrus. Has a shorter finish.
“North Valley.” Leans toward the mineral drive, bright racy style reminiscent of Chablis. It boasts richness characteristic of the varietal, making it eminently versatile and satisfying.

Deep red/purple tones. Displays aromas of current, spice, pepper, vanilla and leather. Flavors of berry are paired with leather and spices. Medium body with a long finish. Pronounced tannin and acidity.

Loire Valley, France
Light and elegant, ruby-colored with red fruit and floral notes. It has good acid upfront and fine tannins on the finish, a round wine with long legs.

Deep red with jammy notes of blackberry and dark cherries. Hints of leather and vanille paired with a large mouth feel and a shorter finish.
Clear ruby red with violet hues, light bouquet of cherries, camphor, and cassis. Mid-palate with good structure of acide and tannins and a long finish. Flavors of dried cherry and cocoa.
Nose of red berries with a hint of pepper. Ripe red fruit, including rhubarb, plum, and raspberry are highlighted with a touch of vanilla and cocoa on the finish. Beautifully balanced on the palate, medium body, with minimal tannins. Shorter finish with notes of leather.

Notes of cherry, leather, and chocolate. Concentrated dark plum and blackberry flavors are fresh and lively in this full-bodied red. Dark chocolate notes accent the finish.

Nose of dry cocoa and cedar laid over cherry. A forward, fruity red, coming through strongly with black currant, red fruits, and soft tannins. It shows its wood aging well and leaves an aftertaste with high acidity.
Nappa Valley wine that boasts fresh and polished fruit with dark raspberry aromas on the nose. While it has firm tannic structure, it’s not overbearing for a merlot. The earthy notes add depth to the cherry and herb flavors. It is medium bodied and has a long finish.

Cassis, black cherry and rich plum aromas and flavors and a intense berry fruit finish. Medium and integrated tannins from French Oak aging. The grapes were all hand picked at night under the lights and delivered to the winery while still cool.

Wine - Other
Light bodied with a refreshing crispness. Notes of fresh strawberry paired with a dry minerality for a balanced and easy drinking rose. Not too sweet and not too dry.
Medium-dry hard cider with refreshing and tropical notes imparted by the pinot grigio.
