When you sign up for our newsletter, submit our contact form, or request a private event or VIP reservation, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, email address, phone number, and any details about your event or request.

We use your information to send our weekly show digest and other newsletter communications (via our email provider, Brevo), to respond to contact form submissions and event inquiries, and to run our own show and venue operations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Ticket purchases are handled entirely by Turntable Tickets, a third-party ticketing platform — we do not process or store your payment information. Private event and artist booking inquiries are handled by PerfectVenue. VIP seating and special reservation requests are made directly by phone with our staff. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the information you submit directly to them.

Our website uses cookies for basic site functionality. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
