- Chermoula is a North African spice marinade made with olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, caraway, parsley, lemon.

- House gnocchi served with roasted mushroom mix, caramelized butternut squash and fondue
- Condimela is the cider vinegar base, and is prepared gastrique style. Gastrique style starting with a caramel reduction then adding vinegar
- Can not be made gluten or dairy free because it is in the gnocchi.

Brisket, sirloin, and chuck patty cooked to medium, topped with caramelized onions, Delice, lettuce, and lemon aioli; all on an onion bun. (When foie gras is added, Delice is not.)
