Indeed and Icehouse―together, we’re on fire. Icehouse Owner and Chef Matthew Bickford and Indeed Brewer Adam Theis and Head Brewer Josh Bischoff have teamed up to create an intriguing blend of hand-torched burnt sugar and citrus and dry, funky saison. This collaboration beer is the culmination of over six years of partnership between us, and we're thrilled to share it with you in an up close and personal chef's bar experience. Join us for five courses from the Icehouse kitchen paired with drinks and a commemorative bottle of Wooden Soul: Brûlée to remember it by. With just two seatings of twelve, don't miss your chance to brûlée the evening away with Icehouse and Indeed.
